L’altre dia a casa en vam tenir una de grossa! Va venir la meva filla enfadada dient que la roba que portava ja no la volia més.
Què?? -vaig exclamar- Si la vam comprar juntes i t’agradava molt! Què ha passat?
I sabeu què havia passat? Doncs finalment, va resultar que alguna de les seves amigues li havia dit que allò no li agradava. I ja hi vam ser!
Quan passen coses com aquesta, sempre li faig la mateixa reflexió: El món seria molt avorrit si a tothom li agradessin les mateixes coses. Imagina que tothom portés la mateixa roba, del mateix color, el mateix pentinat, li agradés el mateix menjar, el mateix llibre, la mateixa pel·lícula… És una sort que tothom sigui diferent.
Una part molt important de les competències socials passa pel respecte pel que fan, són i pensen els altres i per com nosaltres ho gestionem i ens hi relacionem. Cadascú veiem les coses des del nostre punt de vista, format a partir de les nostres experiències i vivències, diferents a les dels altres. I no hem de viure aquesta diferència com un conflicte, sinó com una oportunitat per veure les coses des de molts angles diferents, perspectives diferents que ens enriqueixin, per créixer com a persones.
Amb el PerPensar d’avui, un curt sobre els contraris, us convido a treballar aquest aspecte de la intel·ligència emocional. Us animo a mirar-lo, a pensar sols i acompanyats, i a valorar el respecte, el coneixement i a cercar maneres de dialogar per tal que els contraris es complementin per ser millors.
