Sembla mentida com passa el temps quan tens la sort de fer el que t’agrada, oi?
Jo no havia de ser pas professora de primària, i per aquest motiu estic eternament agraïda a aquell professor que, a l’hora de triar la meva carrera, em va proposar que la partís en dues etapes, una per fer magisteri i la segona per especialitzar-me. No em vaig especialitzar mai en la que era la meva primera opció, però sí que vaig continuar estudiant per fer millor la meva feina: acompanyar en l’aprenentatge a moltes generacions futures.
El post d’avui surt justament el 27 de novembre, que és els dia dels mestres. Ja sé que això del “dia de…” són invencions, però avui vull dedicar aquest post a fer un homenatge a tots els que poc a poc creixem i ens adonem de com d’important és la nostra funció d’acompanyar-los i obrir les portes que van trobant pel camí, per tal que ells hi treguin el cap i mirin el que hi ha a l’altra banda.
Un post avui per als mestres, encarregats de mantenir encesa la llum que hi ha dins els “nostres nens”.
Així que avui us convido a mirar aquest PerPensar i parlar sobre la funció d’ensenyar com un acompanyament, no es tracta d’alliçonar o de dir el que és correcte o cert i el que no és.
