De vegades em passa que crec que si no anomeno pel seu nom coses com la mort, la guerra, les malalties… és com si no existissin. Ja sé que és un comportament immadur i massa infantil, però la por ja ho fa això, ens fa comportar de manera irracional i ens fa actuar ridículament. M’imagino que el fet de no poder controlar res del que té a veure amb tota la càrrega que aquestes paraules comporten fa que no m’agradi enfrontar-m’hi i a més a més em molesta quan n’he de parlar. I se’m fa especialment difícil parlar de la mort amb els nens.
Si ja és difícil per mi entendre què és morir o acceptar el que ara com ara entenc que és morir, com ho explico als més petits? Com els dic que morir és deixar de ser, de sentir, de gaudir, de viure tot el que ens passa dia rere dia, i que ens sembla que és massa dur per aguantar-ho? Com els dic que el que és dur és veure que aquella persona ja no hi és, que ja no hi parlaràs més, ni la tocaràs, ni podràs enfadar-te amb ella o fer-li petons i abraçades? i que aquella persona ja no sent res? i que el que ha sentit era tot el que ha passat durant el temps que ha estat aquí?
Com els dius, o et dius, que deixin i deixem de queixar-nos per tot i que somriguem i aprenguem més de tot? que deixem passar el dolent i ens aferrem al que ens fa somriure? Com ho expliques, tot això, si hi ha dies que ni tu mateixa ho recordes ni ho vols afrontar?
Amb les dates de Tots Sants al voltant i tot el que comporta, aprofitant que sembla que estem una mica més preparats per encarar-nos a la pèrdua i a la mort, us porto un “PerPensar” que no ve sol, sinó que és el primer d’una mini-sèrie de tres que em sembla que ens poden ser d’utilitat per treballar, des de perspectives diferents, aquest tema.
Aquest cop no us dic que el mireu aquest cap de setmana i en parleu, perquè potser us passa com a mi i no us ve de gust parlar-ne sense més, però si que crec que us poden ser d’utilitat quan us preguntin sobre la mort, ja que és un tema recurrent que, igual que a nosaltres, els resulta desconegut i hi volen donar llum.
Crec que és bo que ens hi enfrontem amb la veritat per davant. Si decidim mirar-los plegats podem explicar-los que és un dels grans misteris i que hi ha diferents punts de vista, i m’agradaria donar-vos el meu per si us pot ajudar: aprofitem els moments que tenim, no acumulem records materials de les persones que estimem, sinó olors, sensacions, somriures,… Gaudim més del dia i deixem passar els moments negatius, tot aprenent d’ells. Aprofitem el moment perquè aquest és l’únic que tenim i l’únic que podem quedar-nos dins nostre.
Quan mireu el “PerPensar” adoneu-vos de com de tot el negre i fosc en podem treure una part positiva. Ompliu de bons moments tot el que us envolta i ajudeu als vostres fills a fer el mateix. Aprenguem a somriure més i a no patir tant pel que ja està fet, tot i que hem d’aprendre a fer-ho millor. Parem, mirem, respirem i visquem, visquem més i gaudim del que tenim.
