Us passa a vosaltres que de vegades no sabeu posar nom a algun sentiment? De vegades per explicar algun sentiment, el que fem és justament definir el seu contrari. Els contraris ens ajuden molts cops a entendre conceptes que ens poden resultar una mica abstractes, i els sentiments ho són molt, oi?
Si, a més, el que veiem en altres, o de vegades sentim nosaltres mateixos, no és pas un sentiment del que estar orgullosos, encara és més difícil anomenar-lo. Tot i que no hi ha millor manera de començar a treballar en millorar el que no ens agrada, que posar-hi nom i saber perquè no ens agrada.
Doncs bé, avui us porto un curt amb dos personatges que ens poden ajudar a posar nom a sentiments que són justament contraris entre ells. S’hi veuen representats valors com l’egoisme , la generositat i l’empatia.
Dues illes, dos nàufrags, dues personalitats diferents. Gràcies a aquest curt podem treballar amb els nostres fills sentiments com el no voler compartir ni tan sols el que no ens costa res d’aconseguir o pel contrari el que està disposat a donar-ho tot als altres. Dues maneres d’entendre la vida, de sentir i de ser.
Un curt per reflexionar sobre les emocions, la solidaritat, el positivisme…. o l’absència de tots aquests sentiments i en per adonar-nos de qui volem ser o cap on volem que vagin els nostres valors.
Bon cap de setmana i que “PerPenseu” molt.
