De vegades pensem que la vida és complicada, que no fa més que posar-nos entrebancs i no ens adonem de la sort que tenim. Sembla que ens agradi lamentar-nos i parar atenció en el que ens surt malament i no pas en el que funciona del dia a dia.
Si us hi animeu, us proposo un exercici per dur a terme cada dia i que podeu fer amb els vostres fills i filles: abans d’anar a dormir pregunteu-vos, i pregunteu-los, cinc coses per les que donar gràcies d’aquell dia.
Cinc coses bones que us han passat no és pas tant, després d’un munt d’hores movent-nos, trobant gent, feinejant,.. De ben segur que hi ha cinc coses a destacar o per agrair: haver tingut un dia més per fer coses, tenir una feina, estar amb la família, gaudir de salut, un dinar o un sopar plegats, una estona de conversa, una passejada… Hi ha milers de coses per agrair cada dia, per adonar-nos de la sort que tenim. Si ho feu dia rere dia pot convertir-se en una rutina que us farà parar atenció en la part positiva, i no recrear-vos amb els entrebancs.
Avui us deixo un “PerPensar” per mi una mica trist, que parla de dues germanes bessones que tenen una malaltia i que comparteixen la il·lusió de curar-se, i ho fan seguint la tradició de fer 1000 grues d’origami per poder aconseguir el seu desig.
Mireu-lo, valoreu el que tenim i que, malgrat que la vida no sempre ens somriu, hi ha qui decideix encarar les parts dures amb una actitud forta i amb ganes de superació.
