Donar l’oportunitat d’explicar-se. Senzill. Tant senzill que em costa horrors, i això que sé que moltes situacions van complicant-se per no encarar-m’hi o per no parlar sobre malentesos amb la persona implicada.
Sembla que quan agafes el brau per les banyes t’arrisques a perdre més que a guanyar. Es a dir, de vegades penso que si parlo sobre un malentès la persona implicada pot enfadar-se amb mi i la nostra relació pot quedar afectada. Però si no ho parlo, la desconfiança i l’enuig faran que la relació quedi afectada.
Algunes persones tenim por a parlar les coses, tenim por a encarar els conflictes, i ens estimem més deixar que aquestes situacions sense aclarir ens vagin menjant per dins. Allò queda dins nostre i li anem donant voltes i més voltes, ens muntem la pel·lícula nosaltres sols i ens fa mal a nosaltres i a la nostra relació amb els altres. I normalment les coses acaben pitjor que si ho parlem de manera assertiva i li donem a l’altre l’oportunitat d’explicar-se.
Moltes situacions conflictives sorgeixen de malentesos, de xafarderies, de rumors. Hi ha persones que desconfien de la bona voluntat dels altres, o que no saben com encarar els conflictes amb els altres, o que no busquen la manera de solucionar els problemes.
Quan t’adones que les coses no et quadren o quan et sembla que la persona en qui has dipositat la teva confiança t’està traint, no seria millor parlar-ho que no pas anar-te enfadant tu sol amb el que a tu et sembla que passa?
Quan vaig veure per primer cop el “PerPensar” d’avui el meu cap, a mesura que avançava el vídeo, m’anava carregant amb un sentiment negatiu, de desconfiança, d’engany, i pensava: “però quina barra, quin morro que té, aquest”.
Mireu el “PerPensar” d’avui i analitzeu el que sentiu, aneu-lo parant i no espereu al final per parlar amb els vostres fills dels sentiments que us genera a uns i altres. Reflexioneu sobre com solucionar els conflictes de la millor manera, encarant-los i parlant del que ens preocupa.
Quan acabeu de veure’l adoneu-vos de la sensació que us queda i de com us sentiu. Què ens passa quan no tenim l’oportunitat de parlar les coses, d’explicar-nos, o quan no donem aquesta oportunitat als altres?
