Emociona’t cada dia una mica. Sembla senzill i no ho és. T’has parat mai a pensar quines emocions has sentit en el teu dia a dia, si les has gestionat correctament o, senzillament, les has amagat?
És curiós com dia rere dia ens hi mirem en l’exercici que fem, el que mengem, com ens vestim, si ens maquillem… Però no parem prou atenció al que sentim i com ho gestionem, a com deixem que surtin aquestes emocions i a sentir-nos orgullosos d’emocionar-nos!
Jo em considero molt emocional, crec que el meu cervell sols té una part: la dreta. L’esquerra encara la busco ara.
Emocionar-se és una de les coses que anem perdent a mesura que ens fem grans i que fa que ens tornem grisos i avorrits, que deixem de ser nens per esdevenir adults responsables. I ja està bé ser responsable, evidentment que sí, però deixar d’emocionar-se no ho està tant ja que les emocions són fonamentals dins el nostre desenvolupament i ens permeten gestionar el que ens passa i créixer com a persones socials.
Plorem al cinema i mirem que no ens vegi ningú, deixem de banda les aficions per manca de temps i ens submergim poc a poc en rutines que ens solucionen la vida, però de vegades no ens fan pas somriure.
Som en un punt de la nostra societat que ens hem adonat de com d’important és emocionar-se, plorar, riure, enfadar-se, fastiguejar-se… cal deixar sortir tot el que hi ha dins. I ara tot són projectes i llibres per treballar les emocions, per aprendre a gestionar-les, per deixar-les sortir, quan són un aspecte que portem dins i que hauríem de viure com a una evolució natural de la persona. Ens cal gestionar el reflex de succió?
I si tan importants són les emocions, què ha passat amb elles fins ara?
Sabeu què passa? que fa massa temps que sentim o diem frases com “no ploris que no ha estat res”, “no riguis tant fort que tothom et mira” i d’altres per l’estil que fomenten creences limitadores en els nostres fills. Mentre el que hauríem de fer és riure amb ells, plorar amb ells o acompanyar el seu plor, o les seves rialles, dient-los que entenem com se senten. Massa temps ensenyant que les emocions no es mostren.
Vivim un moment de canvi en el que ens hem adonat que estem ensenyant als nostres fills d’una forma obsoleta que pretén preparar-los per un feina de caire industrial, repetitiva i en la que millor no pensar massa, no sigui cas que decidim qüestionar-nos massa les coses. Dins aquest món, no hi ha lloc per les emocions. No hi ha lloc per un pensament que cerca alternatives, creatiu i que no vol ser “quadriculat”.
Ens adonem ara que la majoria de descobriments i avenços importants els ha fet gent que es deixa portar per les emocions, que vol somiar i que és creatiu. Ara ens adonem que, com deia Albert Einstein, “la ment intuitiva es un regal sagrat i la ment racional es un fidel servent. Hem creat una societat que dona honors al servent i ha oblidat el regal.”
