Una estona més tard, passes per davant la seva habitació i la veus ballant en pijama. Què faig ara??!!
Jo, tot i que sé que no he de fer, molts cops em deixo portar i sento com em puja la ràbia i em surt per la gola. Poca estona després, quan em refredo, em sento fatal en veure com de malament he gestionat la situació.
En moments com aquests ens adonem que liderar el nostre equip no és tasca senzilla. Sota pressió, és molt fàcil que la primera reacció sigui el crit o el clatellot. El nostre cap deix de raonar i ens surt la part primària: l’autoritarisme. Hi ha d’altres estils educatius i, a mesura que fem pràctiques, hem de veure quin ens fa sentir millor per liderar el nostre equip.
Amb el PerPensar d’avui, que m’ha suggerit la meva filla, podem treballar com n’és de necessari tenir autoritat, però basada en el respecte mutu. Ens presenta una autoritat on no hi ha càstig, però s’hi assumeixen les conseqüències lògiques i naturals de les nostres accions. És bo que qüestionin l’autoritat i tinguin iniciativa. La nostra feina és acompanyar i guiar, però deixant que ells, ensopeguin, s’equivoquin i aprenguin de les seves errades.

This week, that was walked back, with Star announcing a new deal had finally been signed.
Star has struggled financially amid regulatory inquiries and
