No fa massa que hem deixat l’estiu enrere amb les sortides a la platja, a la piscina i els shorts o les faldilles curtes i molt fines que ho marquen tot.

El pes, la relació amb l’alimentació, l’esport,.. encara són aspectes molt enrevesats a l’hora de tractar-los i sembla que cada cop més, tant amb nens com amb nenes. I és que també és un d’aquells conceptes espinosos que té una franja d’afectació molt àmplia. Cada cop hi ha més problemes relacionats amb el pes des de molt aviat, i fins molt grans tenim problemes per estimar-nos.
Així que avui us deixo un curt “PerPensar”, per treballar que no tots som iguals i que no ho hem de ser, que no tenim el mateix cos, els mateixos gustos ni els mateixos sentiments cap a nosaltres. Que l’equilibri és que nosaltres ens agradem tal i com som o que siguem com volem ser nosaltres, no com ens volen els altres.
