Qui més qui menys sent respecte o, perquè no, por enfront alguna cosa. Quan et vas fent gran sembla que queda malament dir que hi ha coses que et fan por, però penso que no per això ens n’hem d’amagar.
Tot allò que ens resulta desconegut, que desconeixem o que pel que sigui ens supera és susceptible de fer-nos respecte o por. Sentir por no és dolent, la por activa el nostre instint de protecció i ens pot ajudar, el que no hem de permetre és que ens cegui, que no ens deixi avançar, que no ens deixi actuar.
El primer pas és parlar-ne, de les nostres pors, saber què és i demostrar als altres que tothom té en algun moment aquest sentiment i que de vegades ens ajuda i d’altres pot entorpir-nos.
Avui us deixo un “PerPensar” que convida a parlar de la por i de com posar-hi llum per encarar-la. No feu que sigui un sentiment que s’amaga, que fa pensar en gent feble, que ens empobreix. Tots els sentiments, ben portats, ens fan millors i ens ajuden.
