Un divendres per recomanar un conte. No us sentiu avergonyits i gaudiu-ne encara que sigueu massa grans per mirar contes. A mi m’encanten i sempre hi descobreixo un munt de coses, i m’agrada com són capaços, amb molt poques paraules, de fer-me pensar, de fer-me reflexionar, d’activar els meus sentits i posar el meu cap a donar voltes a temes que realment em preocupen com adulta.
El llibre d’avui ens ajudarà amb gran sentit de l’humor i molta delicadesa a treballar un tema molt sensible: l’obesitat, i com la seva protagonista necessita estimar-se, i superar els seus complexes.

Gaudiu de l’estona de lectura, mireu l’àlbum plegats i treballeu com de vegades els comentaris “sincers” fan molt mal i no són més que burles malintencionades dirigides a ferir als altres per protegir-nos a nosaltres mateixos. O per amagar les nostres pors i frustracions.
Treballeu que, igual que la Malena, nosaltres no podem canviar l’opinió dels altres, però sí que podem treballar el que pensem sobre nosaltres mateixos, estimar-nos, respectar-nos, agradar-nos i acceptar–nos.
Un llibre que ens convida a superar els nostres complexes, i és que jo crec que tothom, fins i tot el que pensa que és perfecte, en té.
