No és ben bé que tingui el cabell arrissat, però tampoc el tinc llis. Us diria que el tinc ondulat, però que realment tira més a arrissat que a llis, tot i que segons el dia, la humitat, com he dormit, el vent,… Baja, que tinc un cabell d’aquells que hi ha dies que és per posar-m’hi un barret i dissimular.
Hi ha dies que em llevo i quan em miro al mirall, estic encantatda perquè està del tot esbalotat i m’agrada. Llavors em mullo els dits i el pentino una mica, a la meva manera, xafant-lo i aprentant-lo per tal d’esbalotar-lo més, i em sento satisfeta. Llavors el meu home em diu: Abans de sortir al carrer et pentinaras, oi? Ufffff
No sempre he acceptat el meu cabell, de petita no el volia ondulat, o llis o arrissat, però no com el tenia. De ben segur que molts i moltes de vosaltres us hi veieu reflectits, perquè sembla que no canvia massa i tothom volem el cabell que no tenim.
Com molts aspectes de la meva vida, m’ha fet falta fer-me gran, més mentalment que en edat, per sentir-me bé amb mi mateixa. I m’agrada el meu cabell ara, esbalotat i despentinat, però pel camí he hagut d’aprendre moltes coses i encara ara em costa no sentir-me malament quan miro el cabell bonic d’altres que no s’assembla gens al meu..
“NO! No vull aquesta mata de cabell ARRISSAT! De raspalls a llibres, i fins i tot amb globus INFLATS Com puc acabar amb aquestes tossudes ondes? Un divertit conte sobre aprendre a estimar el que tenim. I sobre cabells. Piles i piles de cabells.” Això és el que trobem a la contraportada de l’àlbum il·lustrat que us recomano avui.
Un llibre per treballar l’autoimatge i per estimar-se tal i com som, per acceptar-nos i per aprendre a valorar-nos. Què és el que més us agrada de vosaltres mateixos i el que menys? Perquè? Intenteu trobar coses positives al que no us agrada i estimeu-vos més.
