Quan ets petit vols ser gran i, quan ets gran, t’adones que les obligacions que vas adquirint dia a dia -la feina, la família, els estudis…- fan que poc a poc deixis de costat sense adonar-te’n moltes coses que t’agradaven o et feien sentir feliç. I de sobte, o no tant de sobte, el teu món canvia. “Obligacions i somnis, no van de la mà”, et diran.
De vegades tinc temporades en les que em sento ofegada i sobrepassada amb tot el que vull fer, i això de retruc fa que em senti també trista, apagada i sense energia. Sento que no vull renunciar a res del que tinc, que no ho canviaria per res, però que em falta temps, que el temps s’escola per les meves mans i que no puc fer tot el que vull fer.
Imagino que això que em passa a mi, no és un fet aïllat, ja que si fas una ullada al voltant veus llibres, webs i notícies, entre d’altres, que parlen de viure el moment i no angoixar-te, de haudir de l’aquí i l’ara sense capficar-te. Imagino que és “un mal” del ritme que portem.
De res ens serveix lamentar-nos de que no tenim temps, ja que mentre ens lamentem no vivim el moment plenament i a més perdem el temps omplint-nos de negativitat.
Les filosofies orientals s’estan postulant com a salvadores dels mals que estem vivint per voler fer massa coses, per agafar massa obligacions o per no saber dir que no.
Doncs utilitzem un conte audiovisual que fa servir un joc xinès, el tangram, per parlar d’esforç i transformació.
El PerPensar d’avui és “El somni de la papallona” i amb aquest conte podem treballar amb els nostres fills la idea bàsica de la necessitat de treballar i d’aconseguir fer realitat un somni. Perquè tot i que quan ens fem grans anem adquirint obligacions, cal que recordem que es bo tenir somnis i també que cal no deixar de lluitar per aconseguir-los.

In the table you list for the blue USB port “Twice as fast as the Blue USB Port.” That’s a little error there.
I bet the majority of people don’t even realize there are different colors
and that the different colors have different meanings and applications, LOL.
