Hi ha maneres d’encarar la vida, i hi ha persones que tot ho veuen positivament, mentre que n’hi ha que ho veuen tot negre. Tenir una bona autoestima ens ajudarà a estar més contents, a sentir-nos motivats, a cuidar-nos i a donar-ho tot quan tinguem un repte al davant.
