M’agradaria seure a fer aquest post i dir-vos que l’únic rau-rau que sento dins meu és el que em produeix la gana, perquè això voldria dir que la meva consciència està tranquil·la perquè penso que sempre he actuat tal i com ho havia de fer per no traïr-me, per fer el que jo volia i no el que calia, el que volia el meu grup o el que s’havia de fer per pertànyer a… Però no és així.
El que sí és cert, i que valoro com a molt important i valuós, és que he après a millorar i a adonar-me que vaig directa a “cagar-la” i poc a poc vaig aprenent a frenar a temps o a demanar disculpes.
Els humans tendim a tirar la culpa fora de nosaltres, “sempre pilotes fora”, ensenyem de ben petits als nostres fills que “la taula és tonta” perquè ens ha fet mal, que “el terre és dolent” perquè ens ha fet caure, que castigarem a la cadira “per fer-nos caure” i així entre tots segur que en podríem dir un grapat més. Nosaltres som tant meravellosos que no fem res malament, res és culpa nostra, i ens ho creiem!! I anem creixent i culpant als pares de deixar-nos la bossa d’educació física, als companys perquè no ens han dit els deures que eren apuntats a la pissarra, a qui ha lluitat per aconseguir aquella feina que voldríem però per la que no hem fet res.
Hauríem d’aprendre, primerament nosaltres i després ensenyar-ho als nostres fills, que cal que deixem estar als altres. Enteneu-me bé, no vull dir que hem de viure sols i passant del que passa al nostre voltant. El que vull dir és que cal que aprenguem a viure primerament amb nosaltres, que aprenguem que el que ens fa feliç o infeliç és dins nostre, no es culpa del que ens envolta. No ho hem dit gaires vegades això,oi? i mira que costa!
Acceptem-nos, acceptem com som, les nostres limitacions i els nostres punts forts, lluitem per millorar i, si errem, parem i demanem perdó, corregim i intentem no tornar-hi a caure. Siguem conscients del que fem i el que això origina, som nosaltres i el que ens passa és una reacció a com actuem, no és el món que conspira en contra nostra, som nosaltres que no ho fem bé.
Mireu el “PerPensar” d’avui i reflexioneu amb els vostres fills sobre fins on podem arribar per pensar que les coses no ens surten bé per culpa de la resta del món. I ultilitzeu-lo també per ensenyar-los que gairebé sempre podem solucionar el mal que hem fet, o si més no és important veure que ho hem fet malament i intentar solucionar-lo, i el que també és molt important que aprenguin és que la vida reacciona a com ens portem nosaltres.
