Quantes vegades ens queixem que no ens ajuda ningú i el que passa és que decidim que ho podem fer tot sols i no demanem ajuda?
Nosaltres mateixos anem decidint que podem fer el que ens toca sense perdre el ritme: podem treballar, portar la família, la casa, la vida social,… i tot sense dependre dels altres, nosaltres podem asumir tots els rols que calgui, som tot terrenys!
Què ens mou a comportar-nos d’aquesta manera? Què és el que ens impedeix delegar, el que ens porta a intentar agafar més rols o més obligacions de les possibles?
Potser imaginem que si no podem amb tot és que no som prou bons, i com a conseqüència la nostra autoestima i la nostra autoimatge en queden resentides.
Si no estem segurs de nosaltres mateixos cal que ens demostrem, i demostrem als altres, que estem a l’alçada. Per aquest motiu decidim que no demanarem ajuda, ja que llavors demostrarem feblesa, i el que fem és ofegar-nos agafant més obligacions de les que podem dur a terme ben fetes, i ens arrisquem a perdre més del que podem guanyar.
Si decidim treballar sols, si decidim fer-nos-ho tot nosaltres, potser pel camí hi haurà moltes discusions, molts retrets i males cares ja que molts cops de ben segur ens enfadarem perquè els altres no ens ajuden… Com ens han d’ajudar si no els ho demanem? si anem per la vida d’autosuficients!
