Com sempre us dic, però, cal que anem amb compte, ja que una cosa és vigilar la nostra imatge per agradar-nos a nosaltres mateixos i l’altre és convertir-nos en esclaus de la imatge i caure en la vanitat. Ja tenim aquí el valor o sentiment negatiu!
La vanitat ens pot portar a buscar l’admiració, el sentir-nos respectats i valorats pel nostre grup, però ens pot convertir en esclaus del que volem que els altres vegin i condemnar-nos a viure de cara a la galería.
És important conèixer les nostres limitacions i defectes, i acceptar-los. Aprendre a ser persones, no maniquís.
