Jo sóc d’aquella mena de gent que no té massa objectes “preferits” potser perquè des de ben petita vam haver de traslladar-nos varies vegades i vam haver d’alleujar pes, no ho podíem prendre pas tot.
De vegades miro enrere i no puc evitar recordar el meu conill de peluix, els meus còmics o alguna que altra cosa més, però tot va quedar-se pel camí. Potser per això defenso tant i tant que no són els objectes el que ens omplen, el que fan que recordem, sinó els moments, les sensacions, les olors,…
Avui, us porto un curt que parla de records, que en el seu moment em va fer emocionar i que cada cop que el miro, em fa plorar. Avui hi ha un objecte, un color, un paraigües que aferra al protagonista a la persona que l’estima i que l’acompanya en la seva vida.
Els records tenen el poder de transportar-nos en el temps i l’espai. Pot ser un objecte o alguna cosa que sentim que ens fa activar i de vegades quan ens enfrontem a situacions difícils o desafiaments, sovint ens sentim tristos, sobrepassats i desmotivats. En aquests moments, recórrer als records ens pot ajudar a guiar-nos i recordar-nos que hem superat adversitats en el passat.
De vegades ens cal reviure les emocions associades amb moments passats. Aquestes emocions poden actuar com un far enmig de la foscor, recordant-nos que hi ha moments de felicitat i alegria que val la pena buscar. Quan estem immersos en situacions difícils, prendre uns instants per pensar en un moment especial o un detall afectuós pot canviar la nostra perspectiva i ajudar-nos a veure la llum al final del túnel.
Els records no només ens connecten amb el passat, sinó que també teixeixen les relacions i els vincles amb les persones estimades. Quan passem per moments difícils, recórrer als records compartits amb les persones importants en la nostra vida ens permet sentir la seva presència i suport. Les històries compartides, els moments de riure i d’afecte ens ajuden a adonar-nos que no estem sols.
