Fa uns dies parlant amb el meu home em va comentar que un dels problemes més greus que tenim la gent, tant a la feina com a casa, és la dependència de les tecnologies, i en especial l’ús del telèfon mòbil.
Ell el té en silenci total, no té avís de notificacions, no té so de trucades, no té res que el faci adonar-se que vols contactar amb ell o que li estàs dient quelcom.
Potser us pregunteu, si el té així per a què el vol? Li encanten les noves tecnologies i, si per ell fos, crec que sempre tindríem l’últim de l’últim! Us sembla una contradicció?
Doncs si continues parlant amb ell t’adones que no hi ha cap contradicció, que ho té molt clar i que potser tothom ho hauríem de tenir igual de clar: les noves tecnologies són fantàstiques i molt útils per a tot, ens faciliten molt la vida, però ens creen addiccions, i una addicció és un problema greu.
No hem de mirar el telèfon perquè tenim una notificació o un missatge, no hem d’estar 27×7 localitzables perquè tenim un telèfon… Els que sou de la meva generació, recordeu que abans podíem anar tranquils al W.C. sense haver de sentir-nos dir que “t’he trucat i no m’has respost” o “com és que no em contestes el missatge”!!!
Avui us porto un curt per fer-nos replantejar l’ús que fem del telèfon mòbil. Parleu de com ens absorbeix, ens treu temps per parlar mirant a la cara a les persones importants, ens pren temps per passejar, llegir, pensar o mirar el que passa al nostre voltant.
Adoneu-vos que hi ha addictes al telèfon i que no els veiem igual que altres persones amb addiccions diferents.
Us convido a pensar si sou dels que utilitzeu el telèfon o dels que deixeu que el telèfon us utilitzi a vosaltres, i us convido a crear franges de desconnexió, de desintoxicació, com ara no mirar el telèfon o cap aparell des de les vuit del vespre, o dues hores abans d’anar a dormir, i no fer-ho tampoc fins dues hores després de llevar-vos, no dur-lo a taula, no tenir-lo a mà quan anem a conversar amb els fills, la parella… i a no fer trampa i fer-hi una ullada per si de cas.
