Ens hem de mirar al mirall i hem d’aconseguir agradar-nos, estimar-nos i sentir-nos bé amb nosaltres, que val la pena que ens estimin, perquè nosaltres ens estimem. Llavors estarem preparats per estimar als altres i per deixar que ens estimin, però no anirem pidolant aquest sentiment.
Estimar és una de les sensacions, dels sentiments, més bonics, però no sols estimem a qui pensem que serà la nostra parella de vida, també estimem a pares, fills, amics i amigues… Estimar i que t’estimin, i deixar de pintar tot el món de color de rosa. Hi ha molts altres colors bonics a la vida.
Avui us porto un curt que ja fa molt temps que vaig veure i on els protagonistes viuen enamorats en un paisatge idíl·lic de Grècia. Un dia, un fet inesperat posarà en perill la continuïtat d’aquest amor, i llavors s’iniciarà una persecució que posarà de manifest que som capaços de fer de tot per lluitar per l’amor.
Reflexioneu plegats sobre el que fem per amor i el que estem disposats a fer. Parleu sobre com d’important és estimar-nos primer a nosaltres, i que hi ha moltes formes d’estimar i de sentir-se estimat. Que l’amor és un sentiment més, però no ha de ser l’únic motor de la nostra vida.
