Segur que coneixes a algú que viu centrat o centrada en el seu aspecte físic. Fins i tot potser ho has vist en companys de classe dels teus fills per petits que siguin.
La nostra imatge és la nostra carta de presentació davant la resta de gent i per aquest motiu és important que la cuidem i que ens cuidem.
L’aspecte físic ve determinat per com ens sentim per dins, però aquesta relació és bidireccional. Si ens esforcem a mantenir la postura correcta, si somriem, etc., això determina com ens sentirem per dins, per tant ho podem utilitzar a favor nostre. En anglès diuen “fake it ‘till you make it” que vindria a ser “fes-ho veure fins que es faci realitat”. És important no descuidar la nostra imatge, ja que quan et mires al matí al mirall i et veus bé, encares el dia amb més ganes, amb una actitud positiva.
El que cal vigilar és que la nostra imatge no es converteixi en la nostra identitat, que nosaltres només siguem una imatge buida sense un interior ric.
Si no som més que la nostra imatge i, pel motiu que sigui, econòmic, mèdic…, aquesta imatge es veu afectada, en què ens convertim? què ens passa? Doncs que la nostra autoestima cau en picat, que ens deprimim, que deixem d’estimar-nos i valorar-nos, que ens fan mal amb facilitat i moltes coses més, no pas massa alegres.
Si el que sóc és el que tinc a dins, continuaré sent jo, un jo segur de mi al que no serà tan fàcil manipular, deprimir o anul·lar.
Mireu el vídeo d’avui i treballeu que, tot i que és molt important, cuidar-nos, estar sans, mirar-nos i que ens agradi el que veiem no és suficient. “El color, es que importa?”
Que estimar-nos es buscar el que ens agrada o ens fa especials dins nostre i “hay que mejorar”, “a lo alto puedes llegar” , “con solo intentarlo tú lo puedes lograr”.
I aprofiteu també la frase “subes y bajas: la vida es así”, ja que no sempre estem dalt o la vida ens somriu, però la nostra forma d’encarar els moments juga un paper molt important. Recordeu que un 10% és el que ens passa i un 90 % com hi reaccionem.
