Des de fa un temps cap aquí he anat fent canvis en la meva vida. Vaig començar simplificant a casa, traient elements decoratius que sols s’omplien de pols, roba que no em tornaria a posar mai més, i poc a poc vaig anar introduint canvis a més nivells. El més notable, potser, en quant a l’alimentació.
Quan comences a treballar en un canvi personal, poc a poc vas fent extensiu aquest canvi a més i més aspectes de la teva vida. I amb el temps comences a mirar altres coses, com el consum de plàstics, d’aerosols, d’alumini… i penses que com pot ser que, tot i saber que són nocius per al nostre planeta, no es faci res al cas. Doncs, perquè nosaltres decidim que per una mica no passa res. Ens deixem portar, tot i que en el fons sabem que no fem el que és correcte.
De vegades, tot i saber que allò que fem o que comprem o que consumim no és bo, adoptem la posició del “per una mica no passa res”, i ens diem que “el planeta no morirà pel meu aerosol”, que “no passa res per una mica de sucre”, que “per una mica de menjar processat…” Però clar, “de mica en mica s’omple la pica”. I sí, sí que passa, perquè totes les miques sumen.
Si cadascú de nosaltres decidís no comprar aquell producte que porta un embalatge plàstic, l’aerosol, el suposat aliment que gairebé només conté sucre… haurien de buscar alternatives, però com ens va millor pensar que, per la nostra mica, no passa res, doncs continuem engreixant butxaques que no pensen pas en nosaltres ni en el medi ambient, més enllà del que la llei els obliga.
Mireu el “PerPensar” d’avui i parleu sobre com d’important és ser conseqüent, sobre valorar els pros i el contres i no pensar sols en el nostre benefici. Som una societat, pertanyem a un grup i no podem pensar sols en nosaltres.
Parleu sobre la contribució que podem fer cadascú si entre tots sumem i no pas restem, sobre el poder de cada acció. Parleu de com de vegades podem fer mal, sent conscients que en fem, però pensant sols en el nostre benefici.
I sobretot aprofiteu el curt per ensenyar als vostres fills i filles que, de vegades, és de valents desmarcar-se i decidir no seguir al gran ramat.
