Recordeu el vostre primer dia a… l’escola? a la feina? l gimnàs?… Recordeu com us senteu? com vàreu passar la nit abans, les hores prèvies? Us ve al cap quins sentiments o sensacions teníeu?
Potser el que ens ve al cap quan ens enfrontem per primer cop a alguna cosa desconeguda per a nosaltres, és una barreja de moltes sensacions, oi? Por, il.lusió, respecte, impaciència, neguit, angoixa… I perquè tot això? per què no ho vivim com un pas més, en el nostre dia a dia i ja està.
Potser en el fons, o no tant en el fons, el que tothom volem en aquestes situacions és sentir-nos acceptats, que hi encaixem, que no desentonem, que no fem el ridícul o que no ens mirin extranyats. Volem no sentir-nos sols. Volem ser acceptats, sentir-nos estimats i que encaixem, oi?
Avui us proposo un “PerPensar” que convida a parlar sobre aquests tipus de sentiments que ens acompanyen quan estem insegurs, quan no sabem com comportar-nos o què és el que s’espera de nosaltres. Avui toca treballar l’empatia i l’amistat.
El primer dia d’escola és el fil conductor de la història d’avui i de com reaccionem uns i altres quan ens sentim observats o sentim neguit.
Mireu el curt i comenteu com de vegades nosaltres mateixos ens posem a la defensiva i ens tanquem per totes aquestes pors que sentim i no deixem que els altres s’apropin a nosaltres fàcilment. Sense adonar-nos-en podem fer com el protagonista de la història d’avui i posar-ho complicat als altres i, de retruc, tancar-nos més i més en nosaltres mateixos.
Parlem també de respecte, tolerància, acceptació… No tots som iguals i el que ens enriqueix és la diferència i el respecte cap a ella.
