No us ha passat mai que un matí us heu aixecat amb un núvol sobre vostre i que us ha acompanyat tot el dia? Jo he tingut temporades que sobre meu hi havia un núvol constantment i que em costava molt veure el sol al meu voltant. Per poder sortir d’aquest bucles ens cal parlar de superació personal.
La superació personal és el procés de transformació i desenvolupament a través del qual tractem de millorar la nostra forma de pensar i d’actuar, per millorar la nostra qualitat de vida.
En altres posts ja hem parlat del mal que ens poden fer les nostres pròpies creences. Un cop més som nosaltres els que ens posem limitacions i també els que tenim pors. Superar-nos és aconseguir l’equilibri físic, mental, emocional i espiritual. Complicat , no?
La superació personal pot venir des de dins nostre o des de fora. De vegades no som capaços d’aconseguir-ho sols i ens cal que algú des de fora ens ajudi, ens empenyi poc a poc i ens animi a veure que podem. Per aconseguir-ho ens hem de sincerar amb nosaltres mateixos i veure quines són les nostres pors, què ens impedeix continuar avançant.
Avui us porto un curt per treballar amb els vostres fills la discapacitat i un valor molt important: la superació.
Mireu el “PerPensar” d’avui i analitzeu si viviu amb un núvol a sobre o si veieu el sol sovint, mireu als vostres fills i ajudeu-los a controlar el que els passa, a viure amb ànim i amb ganes, parleu sobre el que els fa por, el que els fa sentir inferiors o malament.
Parleu també sobre els tipus de discapacitat i de com ajudar a les persones, com d’important és viure i gaudir del que tenim. De mirar les coses pel seu costat positiu tant com ens sigui possible.
Busqueu reptes plegats que us agradin, coses que us fan sentir passió. Establiu uns reptes del tipus que siguin: cura del cos, salut, formació… i penseu què fareu per superar-los.
Supereu junts els entrebancs que us aneu trobant pel camí.
