El meu cap durant un dia qualsevol em va dient que de camí cap a casa, he de passar a comprar fruita i una mica de verdura, desprès he de fer el sopar mentre la meva filla fa els deures i és millor que els faci amb mi a la cuina i així no he d’anar i venir… No sé viure el moment.
De sobte m’adono que transmeto la meva filla aquesta incapacitat de viure el moment, que tot i que pugui estar fent una activitat fantàstica, en lloc de gaudir-la ja està preguntant què vindrà desprès o què farem durant tot el dia i quan ho sap, no para de preguntar quan farem la següent activitat. Mea Culpa.
Les persones som capaces de recordar, entendre i relacionar el passat amb les possibles conseqüències que aquest pot tenir en el nostre futur i això fa que visquem molts cops recordant i anticipant el que pensem que passarà, que visquem amb por o angoixa, sense gaudir del que té el present. Olorar la pluja plegats, assaborir un gelat, estirar-vos a la gespa o la sorra de la platja i notar les sensacions que aquest tacte desperta en el vostre cos. Hem d’aprendre a parar, a mirar, a escoltar i a gaudir de cada moment, ja que això és el que ens omple i el que ens queda dins: les sensacions.
Mireu el “PerPensar d’avui” i parleu amb els vostres fills sobre com és d’important viure el present i gaudir-lo. No és cert que “qualsevol temps passat va ser millor”. Cal deixar marxar el passat i treure tot el que té de bo el moment en el que vivim i el que d’aquest en podem aprendre.
Feu plegats l’exercici de donar gràcies per allò que us ha passat i el que n’heu après, tant bo com dolent, i gaudiu de les experiències que viviu cada dia.
