La nostra autoestima està recolzada, entre d’altres, en el nostre autoconcepte i aquest, a la vegada, en la nostra autoimatge. És a dir, ens estimem depenent del que pensem de nosaltres, que a la vegada té a veure amb el que veiem al mirall.
És molt important agradar-nos, no des d’un punt de vista narcisista, però sí sentir que ens agrada el que veiem quan pensem en nosaltres, i no sols físicament, si no a nivell humà i intel·lectual.
Crec que la gràcia, i fixa’t que dic crec, és decidir, és no defallir, és no donar-nos mai per vençuts i anar cultivant-nos tota la vida en tots els aspectes i deixar de “voler ser com…”. Som únics i irrepetibles i no hem de ser una còpia de ningú, sinó la millor versió de nosaltres.
Avui al “Perpensar” us porto, un cop més, un curt per treballar els estereotips, un curt que no va sols dedicat a qui teniu nenes, ja que els estereotips han de trencar-se des de la societat i poc a poc anar canviant dins nostre. I sols pot fer-se si tots en som conscients.
