Dos dels llibres imprescindibles a casa nostra aquest darrer curs han estat els de la sèrie “Els contes de bona nit per a nenes rebels”. A la meva filla li encanten, i els llegeix i rellegeix un munt de vegades, i et pregunta si les coneixes, t’explica què li ha cridat l’atenció, com ho veu ella… Un altre cop un llibre que també hem regalat a amigues seves i al que estan molt enganxades.
Les vides de 100 dones valentes, explicades com a contes infantils per dormir i acompanyades d’unes il·lustracions acolorides i boniques, que comencen amb el clàssic «Hi havia una vegada», però en què les heroïnes són reals.
Aquesta col·lecció va publicar-se originàriament als Estats Units el 2016 i responen al canvi social que s’està gestant des de fa temps, en el que cal donar importància a la dona i a les seves contribucions en tots els camps de la societat.
M’agraden perquè comparteixen la intenció de permetre a les nostres filles i a les nostres alumnes d’adonar-se que les dones han estat molt importants també, i les empodera a aconseguir les seves fites. A més també permeten als nostres fills i als nostres alumnes, adonar-se que no tot el que tenim han estat fites aconseguides pels homes.
Llibres, doncs, per treballar la igualtat.
Si no coneixeu la història de les autores, la periodista Elena Favilli i la dramaturga Francesca Cavallo, us convido a mirar-la, ja que també és una mostra de dones que decideixen que podem i tiren endavant un gran projecte.
