Sempre he sentit admiració per aquella gent segura d’ella mateixa, aquella gent que sembla que pot amb tot i que et penses que s’estimen tant i que són tan bons en tot el que fan.
Amb el temps, m’he adonat que molts cops aquesta gent no és el que jo pensava que era. És el que té l’admiració, que molts cops ens cega. I si, a més, nosaltres no ens tenim per massa, el problema encara és més complicat de solucionar.
Una bona autoestima, és estar segurs de nosaltres mateixos i tenir un esperit crític que ens ajudi a adonar-nos que de vegades no som pas els millors, però que podem millorar si volem. De res serveix pensar que els altres ho han tingut fàcil o que no podem, no servim i que no hi tenim res a fer. Tenir una bona autoestima és saber que podem superar-nos i que no ens cal estar pendents dels altres.
Avui us porto un “PerPensar” per ensenyar als vostres fills el poder de creure en un mateix, el poder de superar-se, de no pensar que el que ens passa és per ser com som i que la resta ho té més fàcil.
A través del “PerPensar” d’avui, ajudeu-los a veure que per millorar hem de treballar, ens hi hem d’esforçar, hem de posar-hi ganes i hem de saber que podem fer tot això, ens hem d’estimar suficient com per ser els primers en creure en nosaltres mateixos.
Digueu-los que no ens hem de conformar sense més.
I recordeu que, de vegades, cal una petita ajuda externa, que algú ens faci veure el que tenim dins, que tots tenim alguna fortalesa que ens fa especials.
